Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and affix the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal.

  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
